Winning 2011 World Cup was inestimable and priceless moment: Sachin Tendulkar

Revealing an obscure enthusiastic side to his identity, resigned batting legend Sachin Tendulkar reviewed how "glad tears" took off of his eyes when India won the 2011 World Cup, and termed the minute as "inestimable".

Portraying the last minutes when India vanquished Sri Lanka, the notorious cricketer said he thanked the Gods, shouted and used up the changing area to the center.

Tendulkar further uncovered that nothing verged on that minute when he lifted the World Cup.

"It was not my trophy, it was our trophy, it was the country's trophy," Tendulkar told 'Features Today'.

India lifted the World Cup after a crevice of 28 years in Mumbai and Tendulkar felt the group topped at the ideal time.

"We didn't begin off too. We were either not bowling great or doing combating admirably. Assembled as a bundle we were not clicking. In the event that we batted well, we didn't bowl well and on the off chance that we bowled well, batting was not up to the imprint. We began cresting at the perfect time and both began turning into an impressive bundle. Clearly we fielded well likewise," he said.

Piling acclaim on the whole 2011 group, the pro cricketer said all the players performed well and were forceful.

"Ashish Nehra, Munaf (Patel), Zaheer (Khan), Harbhajan (Singh)...they were all forceful and you got to keep these fellows down. It makes a difference how you demonstrate your hostility," Tendulkar, the best batsman in ICC's zenith occasion with 2,278 runs in 45 matches, incorporating 482 in nine amusements in India's effective fight in the 2011 World Cup, said.

"Viru is an exceptionally erratic batsman. The restriction would not comprehend what he was going to do. Remaining at the non-strikers end, I had begun to make sense of what he was going to do. For Yuvraj, something happened right from the first amusement and that proceeded till the last diversion."
